About the event
On the occasion of the European Academic Heritage Day , the Museum Network invites you to come and discover the world of herbaria through multiple activities between Arts and Sciences: cyanotype, printed herbarium, herbarium sheets, the secrets of plants thanks to light and electromagnetic waves, observations - historical and modern - under the microscope, mathematical objects that resemble trees, medicinal plants yesterday and today, not forgetting the animals that are pests of herbaria... You will look at herbaria with a different eye!
As part of the European Heritage Academic Day, the Viroin Ecomuseum, in partnership with ULB, offers an activity on the uses of plants from our gardens. A culinary activity will delight your taste buds.
All the information is also available on the Facebook page of the ULB Museums Network .
