Blacksmithing workshop: introduction to blacksmithing

The brand new forge at the Viroin Ecomuseum opened its doors in September 2022. Since then, the hammer rings on the anvil, the hearth smokes, and the blacksmiths are there!

Are you passionate about blacksmithing and knifemaking? Nouri, an experienced blacksmith, will guide you throughout this workshop. Discover the fundamentals of blacksmithing and/or knifemaking, according to your interests. Over two full days, Nouri will explain how a forge fire works and the basic techniques of metalworking.

A friendly atmosphere is guaranteed. Strike while the iron is hot!
